- Preparing records of materials entered and exited from the warehouse

- Doing office work and organizing documents

- Preparing and submitting comprehensive weekly reports of everything that happened during the week inside the warehouse

- Keep all records, information, cards and documents stored

- Recording incoming and outgoing quantities
