- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing superstructure projects (high-rise buildings, commercial towers, or similar). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in project planning, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders, and proficiency in construction management tools



Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of superstructure projects from planning to completion

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
5+ years of project management experience in superstructure construction
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies (e.g., reinforced concrete, steel frameworks)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
